From his home in Canada to historic halls in Europe and Asia, Ryan has shared his gift with audiences everywhere.
North America
New York City: Made his debut at Carnegie Hall’s Stern Auditorium at age 7 and has returned almost every year since.
Toronto: Performed at Roy Thomson Hall with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, receiving a standing ovation.
Cleveland & Aspen: Selected for elite programs at the Cleveland Institute of Music and the Aspen Music Festival.
Local Stages: He has graced stages across Ontario, including Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, and Markham.
Europe
Poland: Won 2nd place at the Chopin Youth Competition in Szafarnia and performed with the Tarnów Chamber Orchestra.
Russia: Traveled to Moscow to win 1st place in the “Nutcracker” International Televised Competition and played with the Moscow Philharmonic.
Austria: Performed a Beethoven concerto with the Vienna Operaball Orchestra at the Wiener Konzerthaus.
Italy: Studied and performed in Todi and Naples, playing with the Napolinova Youth Orchestra.
Germany & Finland: Took home top prizes in the Young Euregio (Germany) and WPTA (Finland) competitions.
Asia
Shanghai: At age 8, he performed a sold-out solo recital, “The Sound of Summer,” at the Shanghai Symphony Hall.
Wuhan: Performed as a soloist with the Wuhan Philharmonic Orchestra.
Honors and Heart
Ryan is more than just a prize-winner; he is a Young Steinway Artist and a Lang Lang Young Scholar. He uses his music to give back, frequently performing in charity concerts for the SickKids Foundation.
