Role of a Parent

We know that behind every polished performance, every won competition, and every high RCM exam mark is a dedicated team. The Success Triangle is a three-way partnership between Student, Teacher, and Parent.

Simply put, without your support and partnership, the success wouldn’t be possible.

Support

Parents help to shape future leaders by setting goals for a student's music and arts journey, set up routines and participate in the home practices. The teacher relies on the parent to provide that support.

Encourangement

The parents enthusiasm keeps the student interested in music lessons and participation in the competitions. The involvement of the parent in preparation for competitions and performances allows them to build closer bond between the child and the parent .

Connection

Parents help their children through learning moments if their competition or performance was not successful. Students need the most support and to learn to be resilient in the face of defeat. The family grows together in either of the outcomes and celebrates their successes.
