1. Program Overview & Eligibility

• The Program: Consists of ten (10) weekly group lessons of approximately 60 minutes each, designed for children aged 4 and above.

• Placement: CAMA reserves the right to adjust class placement based on developmental readiness, group balance, or learning needs.

2. Enrollment, Payment & Cancellations

• Registration: Confirmed only upon full payment. All fees must be paid prior to the first lesson.

• Withdrawal Before Start: A refund (minus a $30 CAD administrative fee) may be issued if a written request is received before the first scheduled class.

• Withdrawal After Start: Once the Program has commenced, all fees are non-refundable.

• Low Enrollment: CAMA reserves the right to cancel a session due to low enrollment. In this event, a full refund or transfer will be offered.

3. Attendance & Make-Up Classes

• Student Absences: Missed classes by the Student cannot be carried forward, rescheduled, or refunded.

• CAMA Cancellations: If CAMA cancels a class (e.g., instructor illness or weather), a make-up opportunity or credit will be provided at CAMA’s discretion.

4. Confidentiality

• Definition: “Confidential Information” refers to any data or information relating to the Client and the Student, whether business or personal, which would reasonably be considered private or proprietary and where the release could reasonably be expected to cause harm.

• Non-Disclosure: CAMA agrees it will not disclose, divulge, reveal, or use any Confidential Information obtained for any purpose, except as authorized by the Client. This obligation continues indefinitely.

• Scope: All written and oral materials provided by the Client to CAMA are considered Confidential Information regardless of when or how they were provided.

5. Ownership of Materials & Intellectual Property

• CAMA Ownership: All intellectual property and related materials (the “Intellectual Property”), including work in progress developed under this Agreement, remain the exclusive property of CAMA.

• License: The Client is granted a non-exclusive, limited-use license of this Intellectual Property for the Student’s personal educational purposes only.

• Unauthorized Recording: Recording (audio, video, or still photography) of lessons without express consent from CAMA is strictly prohibited.

6. Conduct & Learning Environment

• Expectations: Students are expected to participate respectfully and cooperatively with instructors and peers.

• Parental Assistance: The Client may be asked to assist if a Student has difficulty adjusting to the group setting or requires additional behavioral support.

7. Comprehensive Media Release

• Authorization: The Client authorizes CAMA the right to copyright, publish, and use the Student’s first name and initial, voice, and likeness in video, photographs, and audio-visual recordings for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.

• Usage: Images may be edited, cropped, or combined with other media. Media may be used in print, digital publications, or public broadcasts for any lawful purpose.

• Rights: The Client grants CAMA and its agents all ownership rights and irrevocable permission to use or distribute recorded media. This release has no geographic or time limitations.

• Compensation: The Client acknowledges there is no monetary or non-monetary compensation for the collected media.

• Professional Media Limitation: CAMA is under no obligation to provide the Client with copies of any photographs or videos. Specifically, in instances where CAMA has hired a professional photographer or paid for professional video production, these materials will not be provided to the Client for personal use.

• Voluntary Participation: Involvement is voluntary. To discontinue participation in media activities, the Client must notify to CAMA to withdraw from video, photographs, and audio-visual recordings.

• Third-Party Disclaimer: CAMA is not responsible for unauthorized reproduction or downloading of images by third parties from CAMA’s website.

• Anonymity: Student full name (First and Last) will not be identified and only used Student’s first name with the last name initial provided by the Client, unless the Client explicitly requests it for the Student’s first and full name to be used for personal profile.

8. Health, Safety & Liability

• Medical Disclosure: Clients must inform CAMA of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may affect participation.

• Supervision: Clients are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up. If a child becomes unwell, the Client will be contacted for immediate pick-up.

• Liability Waiver: CAMA is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged. To the extent permitted by Ontario law, CAMA assumes no liability for injuries sustained during class.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration and payment process, the Client acknowledges they have read and agree to be bound by all sections of these Terms and Conditions.
